Just went on a sisters' trip on the Disney Dream, and Kristen and John made it AMAZING. Their knowledge is mind blowing. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered them all for months leading up to it. And they responded so quickly! This was my first Disney cruise, and I have 2 little ones I left at home for this one, so it was also sort of a trial to see if it's right for my family. Kristen and John GET IT when it comes to families. I enjoyed this cruise, but then they have firsthand knowledge of the other cruises, so they gave me the 411 on how others compare for my 2 and 6-year-olds. I can't imagine booking a vacation without them now. Just magic!
